Grants

Aylesham Parish Council's Grants Scheme application period has now opened for 2025/2026

Aylesham Parish Council wishes to encourage and support a diverse range of high quality, innovative and ambitious events and projects that engage local residents and visitors alike.

Applications are considered quarterly by the Finance Committee in April, July, October and January (2025).

The closing dates for completed grant applications and all supporting documentation to be received are:

10th April – to be determined at the Committee meeting on 24th April

4th July – to be determined at the Committee meeting on 24th July

2nd October – to be determined at the Committee meeting on 23rd October

8th January 2026 – to be determined at the Committee meeting on 29th January.

The amount of money available will normally be up to a maximum of £2,000, although higher amounts will be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Before making your application, please read the Terms and Conditions set out in the application form, and make sure you answer all of the questions on the form as fully and accurately as possible.  Please note in particular, the following Term and Condition which Council set for all applications:

A full breakdown of costs involved for the project must be declared within the application form, and on a separate sheet if necessary. Applications submitted without this information will not be considered.
